Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Wigton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Wigton and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where eligibility criteria are not met or where we determine it is not clinically appropriate to proceed.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment of your online consultation. Medication will only be dispensed where our pharmacist is satisfied it is safe, appropriate and clinically justified for you.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Our clinical team retains full professional discretion in all prescribing decisions. Prescriptions issued are valid for use through our pharmacy only unless otherwise stated.
You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, medical conditions and relevant health history. Failure to do so may result in clinically inappropriate prescribing, for which we cannot accept liability.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details. Where a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been conducted.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or tracked deliveries where required.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or by phone.
Once medication has been dispensed and/or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately. For urgent non-emergency health concerns, contact NHS 111 or your GP.
Information provided through our platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute a formal diagnosis. Weight loss medication forms part of a broader treatment plan and should be used alongside dietary and lifestyle changes as directed by our clinical team.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required for clinical or legal purposes.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available on our website.
